1. About Blute

Blute is a marketplace platform that connects delivery companies, agencies, and businesses with independent gig workers for last-mile delivery opportunities. Blute does not employ riders, does not provide delivery services, and does not guarantee work or earnings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Blute, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

3. Platform Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, copy, or interfere with the Platform

Blute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Bookings and Leads

Booking a slot on Blute represents an expression of interest only.

Blute does not guarantee confirmation, selection, payment, or completion of any delivery opportunity. Final engagement decisions are made by delivery partners.

5. Payments and Credits

Blute may offer credits, subscriptions, or other paid features. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Blute may modify pricing or features at any time.

6. No Employment Relationship

Nothing on the Platform creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Blute and users. Riders operate independently and are responsible for their own actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blute is not liable for:

• Any delivery activity or failure
• Loss of earnings or opportunities
• Disputes between riders and companies

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
